If you have data in another system, generally it can be exported and imported into AgileCase.
CSV and Excel (XLSX) are the most common formats because they are simple to audit, easy to map, and quick to repeat if you need subsequent imports.
AgileCase includes an importer designed for structured spreadsheet data.
Typical approach:
1. Export your data to CSV/XLSX
2. Align it to the AgileCase import template
3. Map columns to AgileCase fields
4. Run a test import
5. Run the final import
This gives you a controlled, repeatable migration process.
If CSV/XLSX exports are not available, or if you want to automate import from another system, AgileCase supports importing data via our REST API.
You can create cases, extract case and contact information, update records, and build custom extensions to support bulk migration or ongoing integration.
